Anne is a partner in the corporate department at Anjarwalla & Khanna and an advocate of the High Court of Kenya. With over 10 years of experience as a corporate lawyer, Anne specialises in mergers and acquisitions, IT and telecommunications law, competition law and intellectual property law, and is a recognised leader in her field. She is ranked by Chambers Global and has received client praise for her drafting skills and contracts analysis. She is a regular speaker at corporate law conferences and an ardent writer on contemporary legal topics.
