Annalisa Heger

Annalisa Heger is an associate in the Freshfields antitrust group and is based in Hong Kong. Prior to joining the firm, she worked with the Office of Communications (Ofcom) in the UK, which is the independent regulator and competition authority responsible for the UK communications industries. She has also previously worked in the London office of a leading international law firm.Annalisa advises on contentious and non-contentious antitrust matters relating to China, the UK and the EU. She has significant litigation and contentious experience, having advised on a number of disputes and investigations in the UK, the EU and Hong Kong, and has acquired considerable merger control expertise in Europe and China.Annalisa has particular expertise in the technology, media, telecommunications, financial services and energy sectors. Annalisa obtained a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Sydney and holds an MA in European competition law from King’s College London. She is qualified in the UK.
