Angela specialises in corporate matters in the PRC. She has over 10 years’ experience in advising multinationals and domestic companies on China-related M&As, joint ventures, restructurings and general corporate matters. She is also experienced in advising Chinese companies on their outbound investment. Angela advises clients in a wide range of sectors, including pharmaceutical, healthcare, life science, consumer goods, logistics, chemicals and energy.

Angela obtained her master's degree in law from Xiamen University Law School and bachelor's degree in law from Southwest University of Political Science and Law. She is fluent in English and is a native speaker of Mandarin Chinese.
