Andy McGregor

Andy is a partner in RPC’s commercial disputes team and an integral member of the cross-practice competition litigation team with a particular focus on follow-on damages claims.  Andy has extensive experience of acting in complex, high-value international litigation and arbitration. He has acted in some of the highest profile litigation matters in recent years (eg, tobacco litigation and the Buncefield litigation), managing claims across multiple jurisdictions and involving multiple parties.
