Andrew Skudder
Andrew Skudder is a partner in the Hong Kong office of Fangda Partners and heads up the firm’s Hong Kong competition practice. He specialises in competition litigation and dispute resolution. His primary practice areas include commercial and antimonopoly litigation as well as the provision of behavioural and transactional advice to multinational clients. Prior to joining Fangda Partners, Andrew worked for seven years in the competition litigation department of a top magic-circle firm in London, Washington, DC and Hong Kong. Before entering private practice, he lectured on postgraduate competition law for many years at the University of Leiden in the Netherlands, where he published and spoke extensively on competition law-related issues and developed a strong reputation in the field.
