Andrew is recognised as an experienced EU and UK competition litigator. He advises leading clients such as Sky, and has a wealth of competition litigation experience, including in both private damages actions and regulatory appeals (in particular in significant cases in the areas of broadcasting and telecoms). He also has a broader practice advising on UK and EU competition law more generally, including on investigations, mergers, broadcasting, telecommunications and essential utilities regulation, and providing strategic advice on competition issues. Andrew’s extensive litigation experience encompasses cases in the Competition Appeal Tribunal (including in price control references to the Competition and Markets Authority), the High Court, the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court, and includes advising in some of the landmark cases in the UK over the past 10 years. Andrew is regularly called upon to provide specialist advice in complex cases which involve highly technical expert evidence.
