Andreea Toncu is a Bachelor of Law of the Faculty of Law of the University of Bucharest and is enrolled in the LLM International commercial arbitration at the same university, for the 2018-2019 academic year.

Member of the Bucharest Bar, she joined the competition team of D&B David si Baias in October 2018. Andreea’s areas of expertise include competition law and data protection.
Andreea was involved in projects related to competition matters, assisting clients during investigations and economic concentrations control of the Competition Council, as well as in projects regarding data protection.
