Andreas Scordamaglia-Tousis

Andreas Scordamaglia-Tousis is an associate in the Brussels office of Latham & Watkins. His practice focuses on EU and Greek competition law.Dr Scordamaglia-Tousis represents international companies before the European Commission and the Greek competition authority in merger control, cartel, abuse of dominance and state aid proceedings. In addition, he has experience advising clients on competition law issues related to regulated industries such as telecommunications.Prior to joining Latham & Watkins, Dr Scordamaglia-Tousis worked as a researcher at Fordham Law School in New York and the European University Institute in Florence, where he obtained his PhD on the interaction between EU competition law enforcement and fundamental rights.
