Ana Cristina Von Gusseck Kleindienst is a senior associate at Caminati Bueno Advogados. She is a PhD student (2020–2023) with a master’s in commercial law from the University of São Paulo (2016) and a Bachelor of Law from the University of São Paulo (2011). Ana is an advisory professor in the LLM programme of corporate law and a professor of corporate contracts at LLC level at the Insper Learning Institution.

She is a member of the Brazilian Institute for the Study of Competition, Consumer Affairs and International Trade – IBRAC Antitrust Litigation Committee, and has a Bachelor of Social Communication – Journalism from Cásper Líbero (2009). Ana is also the author of several academic studies and articles, including The Parallel Importation of Patents in Brazil (São Paulo: Almedina, 2017). She is the author coordinator for Estudos Aplicados de Direito Empresarial: Societário, numbers 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 (São Paulo: Almedina, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019) and Grandes Temas do Direito Brasileiro: Compliance (São Paulo: Almedina, 2019).
