Amanda Griggs is an associate in Cooley’s antitrust and competition practice group, resident in the firm’s New York office.
She has experience advising on merger control issues for clients in all phases of the regulatory review process. Ms Griggs also counsels on antitrust enforcement and compliance issues and has experience in matters before the Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission. Her work spans several sectors and industries and includes healthcare, life sciences, industrials and financial services.
