Aleksandra Petkovic is an associate in the Antitrust practice of Shearman & Sterling’s New York office.Aleksandra’s practice focuses on assisting clients with federal and state government reviews of mergers and acquisitions, government investigations and general antitrust counseling.Prior to joining Shearman & Sterling, Aleksandra practiced antitrust and foreign investment law in Canada in both the private and public sectors, including working for the Canadian Competition Bureau and Department of Justice, Competition Bureau Legal Services. .
