Alejandro Mendiola Díaz is a partner at Mexican law firm Ramírez, Gutiérrez-Azpe, Rodríguez-Rivero y Hurtado, SC (RGRH). He holds an LLM in International Business Law from the University of London, Queen Mary School. He is an experienced antitrust and corporate attorney advising international and domestic clients. He has participated in several transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructures and other complex business operations. He has counselled clients in procedures before the Mexican Antitrust Agency regarding monopolistic investigations and concentrations notices. Before joining RGRH, he formed part of the legal team of the Mexican Antitrust Agency, obtaining invaluable experience in the field. As part of his professional activities, he is a member of the board of directors of large companies, as well as of important non-governmental organisations. He has published numerous articles and he has spoken in forums in Mexico and abroad.
