Alberto is an associate in the antitrust/competition and litigation groups of Veirano Advogados. His experience in competition and antitrust law involves complex merger notifications and investigations of anti-competitive practices, including international cartels. Alberto also provides legal advice on general issues related to competition law, including advice in relation to day-to-day business practices, risk assessment of specific mergers, contracts and commercial practices, and preparation of compliance programs, among others.
