Agnès de Putter

Agnàs de Putter is an attorney at law within the Corporate Law section in the Eversheds Faasen Amsterdam office. Agnàs graduated from the faculty of Law at the University Of Leiden in the Netherlands in 2006. Agnàs has wide experience in advising both national and international clients on all aspects of competition law. She advises Dutch and foreign clients on corporate and commercial law. The focus in her practice is on competition law and procurement law. She advises governments as well as (large) foundations and associations. Agnàs is specialized in corporate and competition law as well as public procurement law. She also advises clients operating in the semi public sector such as private and healthcare.
