Aditi is a partner in the competition practice at AZB & Partners and is based in New Delhi.
Aditi has been involved in behavioural investigations in all the competition law forums in India and advises on complex merger control and non-contentious compliance mandates. She has represented and advised clients across several industries, including technology, airlines, automotive parts, telecommunications, and oil and gas.
Aditi has also been involved competition policy issues, including participating in the recent Competition Law Review Committee set up by the government of India to review Indian competition law. She has been ranked as a ‘Future Leader (Partner)’ by Who’s Who Legal and a ‘Rising Star’ in competition and antitrust by Expert Guides – Euromoney.
