Abhijeet Sinha is an associate in the Brussels office of Herbert Smith Freehills. He advises companies operating in a broad range of sectors, including the technology, e-commerce and pharmaceutical sectors, on investigation by competition authorities, merger control, and on competition law implications of strategic business decisions.
Abhijeet has significant cross-border experience, having practiced competition law with leading law firms in India and London prior to joining Herbert Smith Freehills in Brussels.
Abhijeet is a graduate of the West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata, India, and the Brussels School of Competition.
