Mr Yeater is a managing principal in Analysis Group’s Boston office, where he provides expertise on matters at the intersection of antitrust and intellectual property, among other things. He consults to a number of leading law firms and companies in every phase of the litigation process. He has applied economic analysis to issues of class certification, competitive effects from alleged joint and unilateral conduct, market definition and market power, and damages. For merging parties and for experts testifying on behalf of merger review agencies, he has led teams in analysing potential effects of proposed mergers. He has worked with leading academic experts in their preparation for testimony in numerous high-profile cases in the technology sector, including multibillion-dollar antitrust damages claims in the multidistrict price-fixing matter In re: TFT-LCD (Flat Panel) Antitrust Litigation. He writes and presents regularly on the implications of new technologies and business models for competition, privacy and other aspects of consumer welfare. Mr Yeater received his MBA in strategy and international finance from the Yale School of Management, and his BA from the College of Social Studies at Wesleyan University.
