Liza's diverse competition expertise sees her regularly advising on complex merger clearance, behavioural enforcement proceedings and ACCC investigations, as well as utilities regulation and pricing mandates. She is readily identified by market sources as a leading practitioner, and one client enthuses: 'She is very experienced, with excellent knowledge of the area and understanding of the workings of the regulator. She has excellent contacts across the industry, and makes it very easy to discuss complex matters quickly and in an informed manner.'
