Yasmine Harik is an associate in the antitrust practice at Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP in Washington, DC. Prior to joining the firm, Yasmine was a senior writer for Global Competition Review, where she covered merger challenges, civil and criminal antitrust litigation, and competition policy developments in the United States and abroad. She is a 2013 graduate of Georgetown University Law Center’s LLM programme in international business and economic law. Thereafter she completed a teaching fellowship at Georgetown to assist foreign LLM students with the contours of legal writing and research for a US-based practice.
