Natasha Tardif is a partner in the EU, competition and regulatory department in Paris. She joined the firm in 2005.
As an EU and competition specialist and a litigator, Natasha is regularly involved in the representation of corporate clients before EU and French courts and authorities.
She specialises in representing international groups before EU and French competition authorities, in relation to cartels, dawn raids, pricing practices and abuse of dominance matters as well as for merger notifications. She works across a broad range of industries including retail; betting and gaming; pharma; and e-commerce. Her clients include leading e-merchants, manufacturers and distributors. She also assists high-profile clients in both contentious and non-contentious matters.
Natasha is a lecturer in the European business law master’s degree of the University of Paris V. She regularly gives interviews, contributes articles and speaks at international conferences in London, Brussels and Paris. Natasha is Franco-British; she has studied law in Paris and London and worked in law firms in London and New York.
