Ben Labow is an associate within the antitrust practice at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, PC. His practice encompasses all aspects of antitrust law, including civil and criminal investigations, private litigation, merger clearance and compliance counselling. Ben has extensive experience counselling clients across a number of industries, including computer software and hardware, financial services, telecommunications and transportation. He also has extensive government experience, having worked as a deputy attorney general in the Antitrust Section of the California Attorney General’s Office and as a trial attorney in the US Department of Justice’s Antitrust Division. While in government service, Ben worked on a number of notable cases, including United States v AT&T, Inc (DDC 2011), United States v Oracle Corp (ND Cal 2004) and United States v First Data Corp (DDC 2003). Ben holds a JD from the University of Oklahoma and a BFA from New York University.
