Zimbabwe issues highest-ever gun-jumping fine

Zimbabwe’s competition enforcer has reportedly fined Innscor Africa a record €98,800 for gun-jumping, and ordered the consumer goods manufacturer to divest stakes in two animal feed businesses that it acquired without permission.
