Visa seeks communications clarification from CAT

Visa is seeking permission from the UK’s Competition Appeal Tribunal to enter into settlement negotiations with merchants that have sued the company or intend to do so – but are also proposed members of a class action against it and thus subject to a recently issued communications ban.
