Vestager unwilling to consider out-of-market sustainability benefits

EU competition commissioner Margrethe Vestager has said she is “not ready” to adopt the view that wider sustainability-related benefits to a broad range of consumers can excuse harm to those within the specific market where anticompetitive conduct takes place.
