US FTC imposes behavioural remedy on defence deal

Northrop Grumman must supply solid rocket motors to competitors on a non-discriminatory basis and establish firewalls between that unit and the rest of its business if it is to complete its $7.8 billion acquisition of Orbital ATK, the US Federal Trade Commission has said.
