UK tribunal suggests pass-on is common issue in interchange fee litigation

The UK’s Competition Appeal Tribunal has proposed a novel trial procedure to resolve the nearly 1,000 interchange fee claims currently before it, recommending that pass-on be tried as a “generic issue” as opposed to one that is specific to each claimant.
