UK tribunal allows CMA to intervene in private antitrust case for first time

The UK’s Competition Appeal Tribunal has provisionally allowed the Competition and Markets Authority to intervene in Epic Games’ lawsuit against Google, marking the first time the enforcer has joined a private antitrust case as an interested third party.
