UK appellate judge criticises CAT’s handling of forex carriage dispute

The UK’s specialist competition tribunal caused a “mind-boggling” amount of wasted money by delaying the handling of a carriage dispute between competing class actions that both seek damages from banks involved in the EU Forex cartel, a UK appellate judge has said.
