Uber may appeal against Singapore’s remedies and fines on Grab deal

Singapore’s competition authority has fined Grab and Uber S$13 million (€8 million) for Grab’s acquisition of Uber’s southeast Asian business and reiterated its remedy proposals for the deal, but the ride-hailing companies dispute the enforcer’s market definition.
