Turkish court overturns abuse ruling on double jeopardy grounds

Turkey's highest administrative court has upheld the Turkish Competition Authority's decision not to fine Diageo's local subsidiary for foreclosing rival gin and vodka suppliers, finding the enforcer had already fined the company for the conduct in a different product market.
