Turkey declines to fine Diageo subsidiary on double jeopardy grounds
Turkey’s Competition Authority last week said Diageo drinks subsidiary Mey İçki committed an abuse of dominance, but concluded fining the company would amount to double jeopardy after it had already been penalised for the same conduct in a different product market.
