Timab loses hybrid settlement fight
The European Court of Justice today upheld a €59.9 million fine imposed on Timab for its part in the animal feed phosphates cartel, rejecting the company’s arguments that it was unfairly penalised for pulling out of the European Commission’s settlement procedure.
