Telecom policymaker votes to fine Indian cartel €397.6 million

In the absence of jurisdiction for India’s antitrust watchdog over the telecommunications sector, the Digital Communications Commission has stepped in with fine on Bharati Airtel and Vodafone Idea totalling 30.5 billion rupees (€397.6 million).
