Swedish court overturns Telia fine

A Swedish appeal court has overturned a 16 million kroner (€1.6 million) fine imposed on telecommunications company Telia, after finding the legal and economic circumstances of an allegedly rigged tender did not make information sharing with a rival a by-object restriction.
