Sweden sanctions refrigerated vehicle services cartel

Sweden’s Competition Authority has fined a company that conspired to divide the market for temperature-controlled food transportation services, but applied nearly an 85% discount to the sanction for fear of undermining competition in the country’s milk production sector.
