Standalone abuse claim belongs with CMA, gown supplier tells UK tribunal

Counsel to an academic gown supplier has told the UK’s Competition Appeal Tribunal that a standalone abuse of dominance claim against it is actually a complaint about the “structure of the market” that falls under the remit of the country’s antitrust enforcer.
