Spanish head calls for global convergence in criminal antitrust enforcement

Competition authorities across the globe should strive for a more uniform approach to criminal cartel enforcement if declining leniency numbers outside of Europe are going to be addressed, the head of Spain’s National Commission for Markets and Competition has said.
