Spanish court quashes excessive pricing decision

A Spanish court has annulled a decision ordering Orange, Vodafone and Telefónica to pay €120 million for unilateral conduct, after the country's enforcer recycled market analysis from its telecommunications regulator to conclude the companies held a collective dominant position in the text messaging market.
