Spain slaps second fine on Telefónica for merger commitments breach

Spain’s antitrust enforcer has ordered Telefónica to pay a €6 million penalty for violating the conditions of a 2015 merger agreement, six months after fining the company €5 million for breaching different commitments attached to the same deal.
