South Africa seeks remedy in solar power tie-up

South Africa’s Competition Commission has asked the country’s specialist competition tribunal to impose remedies on a multi-part solar power deal to prevent private equity group Old Mutual from using the transaction to facilitate information exchanges among its subsidiaries in the sector.
