South Africa fines construction company
South Africa’s Competition Tribunal has fined construction company Giuricich Coastal Projects 900,000 rand (€6000) for collusive tendering – a fraction of the 8.6 million rand (€585,000) that the country’s antitrust enforcer had sought.
