Šarūnas Keserauskas: the exit interview

He spoke with GCR about how smaller authorities are better able to tackle novel antitrust issues, why the Lithuanian watchdog is prioritising labour markets and how he developed the agency into a sophisticated enforcer despite funding constraints.
