Russia: stevedores must disgorge €277 million

Russia’s competition authority has imposed a rare disgorgement penalty on four seaport terminal operators for abusing their dominance in the cargo loading and unloading markets of key ports by charging their customers unfairly high prices – based on the use of non-Russian currency, at rates that have not been adjusted to the fall in the rouble’s value.
