Report finds CMA “struggling” to hire staff post-Brexit, lack of progress on EU cooperation agreements

A UK parliamentary committee report has found that the country’s competition authority is struggling to recruit and retain staff post-Brexit, while also expressing “disappointment” at the lack of progress on data sharing and cooperation agreements with the EU.
