Publishers call for Google ad tech breakup in new EU complaint

A group of European publishers has filed an antitrust complaint against Google to the European Commission, accusing the search engine of engaging in “unlawful tactics” to foreclose competition in the advertising technology market since its purchase of DoubleClick in 2008.
