Probe obstruction fines are “unconstitutional”, Hungarian court says

A court in Hungary has annulled a fine levied against a broadcaster for obstructing a deal review by the country’s competition authority, ruling that the enforcer’s reliance on recently-updated merger control rules was “unconstitutional”.
