Portugal accuses energy producer of abuse of dominance

Portugal’s Competition Authority has alleged that EDP Produção limited the supply of electricity from its power plants that are under a subsidy regime so that it instead could provide service through plants that are under a market-based regime – increasing consumers’ electricity bills.
