Overlapping class actions present novel scenario for Portuguese regime

Two recently filed parallel opt-out class actions against Apple and Google that mirror a pair of lawsuits launched against the same companies earlier this year will force Portugal’s specialist competition court to decide for the first time how to handle overlapping claims.
