Orange grants Belgian rival access to appease EU in Phase II probe

Orange has promised to give Belgium’s largest cable broadband provider Telenet access to its fixed internet services network in hopes of convincing the European Commission to clear its €1.8 billion acquisition of rivals Voo and Brutélé.
