Optus urges ACCC to block Telstra/TPG infrastructure agreement

One of Australia’s three main mobile network operators has called on the country’s antitrust agency to oppose a 10-year infrastructure sharing deal between its major two rivals, arguing that it constitutes an “effective merger” of their regional and rural networks.
